Do ye think Bertie's new book will qualify under the Artists Exemption Scheme because it's a work of fiction?

Most definitley it will qualify and I reckon and there will be loads of blank pages because as we all know he struggles to recall what went on most of the time. Page 88 "er um well I can't quite remember what I did in 2005"
