Where can I get a cape?

I know this sounds a bit mad but I want a cape. Somthing light and funky and maybe colourful to wear when I'm feeling mischievous or in a party mood. I don't want a horrible halloween crushed velvet and polyester thing, and I don't want a sherlock holmes cloak either. I'd like to buy online but I am terrified of those dodgy medieval re-enactment and costume websites. Something similar to what Noel Fielding would wear if he got a chance is my ideal. But I can't find anything, does such a product exist or will I have to make one myself?
