What could this be?

Here lately my has been real sore, tender to the touch, and red, plus I have been having a light white color dicharge coming out of it too and it does have a odor to it. My boyfriend and I tried to have and we could cause it hurt soooo bad and when we used lubricant it irritated it to where my got real tender and it stung really bad. It sometimes hurts when I walk or pee. I dont have insurance so I cant go to my doctors office and plus there are no free clinics around me? What could it be someone please help me.
