Yes if the Tea Party Conservatives and Republicans make a concerted effort to run a advertising campaign to allow the public to know the truth, instead of what they always do and only allow for little news commentaries out and call that an offensive salvo of informing the public. This is what Newt did to win support for his Contract With America, and he just about failed because he whined that the Democrats weren't playing fair, and he just wanted to go home..........................
