Can I pull out of this apprenticeship, I don't like it any more?

If nothing has been agreed and you haven't said you'll take it then I can't see why you can't change your mind. What you should consider is whether it's the apprenticeship or the money that you want. The apprenticeship will stand you in good stead for the future so think carefully before you decide. You could always try get a part time job for extra money.
