Downloading music to Verizon phone help!!?

hmm i think this is a phone problem, try to restart your computer, plug your phone in and see if your computer trys to download the sync software like mine does for the Env touch...if not then you have to take that phone back to the store and let them know whats going on because thats a software issue!
