How much cheese?

How many pounds of cheese should I buy to serve 100 people on a cheese platter as an appetizer? There will be 6-8 other appetizers served for at most two hours. I'm not sure how many pounds I will need to cut up into cubes. Any ideas on what cheeses to serve would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
