Is it possible to have meningitis without a fever?

Hi, I have been having a headache for like 2 or 3 days now, and since this morning I have a slight stiff neck (not so severly though).. I took my temperature and it is completely normal. I'm 17 and started taking pills against acne that the doctor gave me a week ago. Do you think I have meningitis? What could it be?
