My IBM Thinkpad T41 laptop keeps saying this when I try to connect to the internet (see description)?

It keeps saying "Windows cannot finish repairing the problem because the following action cannot be completed: TCP/IP is not enable for this connection. Cannot proceed." Our wifi is working because we have two other laptops and a desktop that are working perfectly fine. Also I have Cisco Systems PCI wireless drivers installed. It has worked until today. [[ I would like to know how to fix this ]]
