What to get my girl for christmas!?

She likes john deere, and is a major country girl. She's very much butch, but I want to get her something sweet and romantic that she will like, and I can't think of anything right now! Anyone have any ideas? She isn't a huge fan of jews and such, but I want something really nice! Help!
