Who exactly is paying for the war in Libya and who is benefiting?

America is paying the major part of the bill.. for the war in Libya and we have no dog in that race .. The other countries involved don't even have enough munitions to carry out the attacks so we the American Tax payer foots the bill for something most of us could care less about ..
