Why do boys dont get contented with their partner?

my ex-boyfriend leave me because of another girl.. i loved him so much and he knew it.!! we didnt see much this past months.. he wants it!! Not me!!.. I tried so hard just to let us be updated to oneself.. but then he just left me! T_T and I cant just simply forgive him... what do I do??
