Why is Obama prioritizing health care when the unemployment rate keeps going up?

Unaffordable, but desperately needed, healthcare costs combine with employment issues to make people poor. Anything Obama does to address the rising poverty is good, AND THAT INCLUDES MAKING HEALTHCARE AFFORDABLE. Some of these people went bankrupt through medical bills alone.
