Do you agree its way overdue time for Britains police to become multicultural?

The present day society mix cannot work in an integral way with authorities while the government insist on forces being all or majority white british. This also accompanies a commonly noticed bad delivery of public communications and a blatant 'attitude' backed by the badge and by too many of the police out there at the moment. Do you think major public relations improvements would result by us seeing a cultural and racial balance on the streets and rail stations in the uniformed police. Do they forget that they are also there to deal with law abiding decent people. And what about fluency in other ethnic languages, or do YOUR local caught on camera van mob speak Polish Latvian Irdu Punjabi Somali Arabic etc. Opinions please ?
