We want to combine our names for our next child using Jean & Sergine any suggestions on good combos?

My Husband's name is Jean & my name is Sergine pronounced Sair-g-een kinda like saying hair sheen but dropping the H to a S and dropping the SH to G... any suggestion's to some good combinations?
