How do I save an mp3 file as a wma file so that I can burn it onto a cd song by song, instead of as a folder?

When I download music off of limewire, it saves the file as an mp3. I want to save them as wma files so that when I burn a cd, it burns each song individually instead of as a folder for the artist, and a file for the song.
